  • You will call us at 615-947-6030 and speak to one of our receptionist

  • Who will  get a full understanding of your appliance repair needs, and set up a timely and prompt service appointment

  • The day of the appointment our knowledgeable & skilled technician will contact you 30 minutes prior to his/her arrival

  • Along with timely arrival, our technician will efficiently diagnose the appliance and provide you with fair pricing before installing any parts  

  • After approval we will install proper parts needed for repair, if parts need to be order, we will schedule earliest follow up appointment.

  • You will be provided a paperless invoice via email, with a 90 Days Parts and Labor Warranty / 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty

  • Cash, Check, Debit, CashApp, Venmo accepted
